Yankee Diner: Closed!! (Or Maybe Not)

(12/1/2009: looks like it's back open! See comments below. I have no idea if Deb is still working there, but I'm glad the Yankee is back in business.)

Sadly, the Yankee Diner on Rt. 20 in Charlton, MA has closed down. We really liked this diner. Anybody have any idea why it closed?

Deb is a fantastic personality, and the one time we did eat there she made us feel right at home. As you can see, this made Dharia sad:

I also disapprove:

The Yankee Diner is in fact reopened. It has traditional diner fair with some indian selections as well.
I went the week it opened and wasn't all that impressed, but then it was the first week. Haven't had a chance to return.
